We want you to be more than satisfied about our child care. That is our every day goal and motivation. Would you like to make a remark, are you having a difference of opinion with an employee or do you have a complaint? The first step to take is to engage in conversation with the employee in question or the manager of your child care center. Another possibility is to get in touch with the regional manager who is responsible for the location and ask to mediate. Regional managers can be reached through the servicekantoor (main office).
Did a conversation not have the result you desired? Or would you like to file a complaint directly? Please fill in the wishes/complaints form (currently in Dutch only) or contact the Stichting Klachtencommissie Kinderopvang by e-mail or letter.

If a complaint cannot be solved, both parents and Partou can have it assessed by the Geschillencommissie Kinderopvang (Conciliation Committee Child Care). At the site of the Conciliation Committee you can file your complaint digitally.
