As a customer of Partou you are entitled to rely on child care of the highest quality. How do we develop quality of a high standard and – more important – how do we preserve that standard? One of the ways to realise this is making clear and concise agreements, laid down in a quality policy. Another one is providing parents with the proper information. But we also see to it that we meet the quality requirements set by the government and that we offer our employees additional training continuously. Partou works on quality on all fronts.

Quality policy

Agreements and procedures have been laid down in our quality policy. They concern for example eating and drinking, hygiene, ways of treating illnesses and safe modes of sleeping. The policy is a guide for our pedagogical staff how to execute their jobs and a source of information for the parents. Because Partou considers informing parents properly  as an important quality requirement.
